REFUND POLICY

You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please allow 5-10 business days after your item has been returned for your refund to reflect in your bank account.

If you need to return an item, contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

TRAINING

We understand that you may have to cancel or reschedule your attendance at one of our courses. If you need to reschedule or cancel your attendance, contact us at training@loyallnine.com.

Timelines

30+ Days from training date: Full refund minus credit card processing fees.

29-2 Days from training date: Course is non refundable. Registration may be deferred to another training date or training class of the same monetary value.

48 hrs-day of no show: Course is non-refundable. Student forfeits total registration fee.
